Raju Menon has more than 3 decades of post qualification experience in the field of auditing, consultancy, taxation, incorporation and commercial and company law. His vision, leadership, motivation and commitment to his team have been instrumental in Kreston Menon establishing itself as a leading audit firm in UAE. He is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Certified Public Accountant from the United States.

Saju Augustine, Partner in Charge of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah offices, has been in continuous audit practice since 1991 with International Accounting firms in UAE, India and Saudi Arabia. Saju was instrumental in establishing and leading Kreston Menon in Sharjah since the year 2000. His main strengths are in the areas of auditing and management advisory services. He is a Chartered Accountant from India and has an MBA in Finance.

At the helm of Kreston Menon for the past 22 years, Khalid Al Shams is in charge of business development and client relations with large corporate houses and local businesses. As a key person responsible for Kreston Menon’s acceptability in the local market, he leads the business development initiatives at international as well as local events including business conferences, trade shows and exhibitions as well as press conferences.

Girija joined Kreston Menon’s Dubai Office as a partner in 2000 and since then has been contributing to the growth of the firm. Girija’s forte is audit, file reviews and financial statement reporting in UAE. She coordinates and monitor all the audit assignments and is the single point contact for clients. She is also actively involved in the training and development of the auditors in Dubai.

Pushpakaran heads the Company Formation & Corporate Services division of Kreston Menon Group and has been with Kreston Menon for over 24 years. He is mainly focused on company formations in free zones, offshore centers and in the mainland. Liaising with international clients and local regulatory authorities, he brings in the best options for doing business. Under his leadership, Kreston Menon has been instrumental in guiding more than 7000 investors to establish their businesses in the UAE.

Sudhir Kumar, with over 30 years of business acumen in the domains of Management and Consulting in the UAE market is the primary resource behind the successful positioning of Kreston Menon as one of the leading Superbrand in the region. He works closely with all the market segments including Government, Corporate Sector, Free Zones as well as Financial Institutions. He spearheads the CSR initiatives of the organization along with his branding and corporate communication responsibilities.

Thomas has 34 years of extensive experience in audit and related services including 16+years with Deloitte & Touche, Dubai prior to joining Kreston Menon in 2008. His experience covers several industries including premier banking and financial institutions, manufacturing, real estate, retailing, insurance and financial services. Thomas, a graduate from University of Calicut, India is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Surandar Jesrani, a Chartered Accountant by qualification and entrepreneur by nature, prior to founding MMJS was in key positions at HSBC Private Equity, Infosys, L&T and GM. Surandar is a thought leader and the leading newspapers in the region frequently seek his views. Surandar is a speaker at various International forums and was recognized as ‘Corporate Icon of the Year’ for two consecutive years 2018 and 2019.

Biju Nair, who has been with Kreston Menon since its inception in the 90’s has been a key player. He is passionate about serving his clients and maintains excellent relationship with bankers, local regulatory authorities and various embassies. With his excellent track record, he has now taken charge of DAFZA office in Dubai and is focused on capitalizing opportunities in the region.

Swati Arora, a Certified Public Accountant, USA and a Chartered Accountant from India, has been a member of Kreston Menon team since 2011. Swati operating from Jebel Ali office leads the audit practice as well as handles client relations. Swati’s expertise and experience help her provide exceptional support to her impressive client list which includes prominent MNCs and global brands.
