Right from our inception in 1994, we have made significant corporate social responsibility contributions in very innovative ways, through a multipronged strategy, that transcends the conventional ways of interpreting and implementing CSR.

Taking precedence over everything else is conducting our business in a fair, just and legal manner that conforms to the highest ethical standards.

We regularly conduct recruitment drives to employ differently abled people to welcome them into the mainstream, providing them opportunities to excel and be on par with other professionals.

Readying the current generation to take on the mantle of leadership for creating a better, prosperous, clean and green sustainable tomorrow, we conduct knowledge transfer sessions and offer internships to deserving students who have completed a course of study at prominent business schools and universities. As part of our contributions to the society, we support the Emiratisation drive of the government, tying up with the UAE National Students Training initiative, giving the opportunity to interns from Dubai Men’s Campus and Dubai Women’s Campus to work along with our staff, thereby gaining invaluable insight into the actual workings of auditing and consulting business and its various associated verticals.

As one of the leading audit firms in UAE, Kreston Menon is an industry leader in CSR and support a number of charities like Dubai Cares, Rashid Paediatric Centre, Manzil, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Able Foundation and many more. Our focus areas include schools for special needs children, education for children from the weaker sections of the society, sponsoring promising athletes and making substantial financial contributions to people in distress.

Kreston Menon has also been closely involved with Al Jalila Foundation, Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities, Rashid Pediatric Therapy Center, Dubai Autism Center, Dubai Center for Special Needs, Dubai Foundation for Women and Children, Make a Wish Foundation, Red Crescent UAE, Indian Community Welfare Committee for many years.

Fervently believing that every human being and all corporates have to act as conscientious caretakers of our planet and hand it over to the future generations in a condition much better than we received it in, we assiduously care for our environment and promote eco-friendly practices in all our offices. We practice the 3 Rs of sustainability – reduce, reuse and recycle – in all seriousness, adding a fourth element, repurpose, to avoid wastage and this has become a way of life for us.
